Before the Guild of Guardians

Standing atop a soft white cloud in the sky above Bedlam a sense of
protective magic emanates from a large iron door to the north. The
door, covered in radiant runes, stands between two massive marble
columns whose width and height are lost in the haze of white mist.
Should one walk in any other direction the surface of the cloud comes
to a quick end, though it be not a far drop back to town.
