Very interesting and ilustrative your article on Collatz.
It will be a good idea to include the Ludovicus Conjecture on Collatz:
"If the Collatz algorithm is applied to all the seeds from 5 to N,
and if only the obtained values < 2N are counted, then the relation:

Lim (Values < 2N) / 2N = Constant= 0.71866.. = Ludovicus Constant on Collatz.

Example: Be N = 5000 ; 2N = 10000 ; With seeds from 5 to 5000,
the produced values < 10000 = 7187 ; 7187 / 10000 = 0.7187
